On Friday March 20, 2020, the Government of Saskatchewan, under the Public Health Act, added new orders under the State of Emergency Act.
Effective Monday March 23, 2020, the Government of Saskatchewan has ordered the closure of Chiropractic offices except for non-elective procedures. Therefore, our office must close to the public until further notice.
Both Dr. Kelm and Dr. Taylor will be available throughout this COVID-19 Pandemic on an emergency/urgent case only for patients that have PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED OUR OFFICE. Due to unforseen circumstances Dr. Ottenbreit and Dr. Mollenhauer will not be available, but Dr. Kelm and Dr. Taylor will see their patients as well. Here is the procedure to follow should you find yourself in this situation.
Should you require emergency/urgent chiropractic care while this law is in place AND:
You have NO fever, cough or difficulty breathing,
You have NOT travelled outside the Province or Country in the past 14 days
You have NOT had any close contact with confirmed or probable cases of COVID-19
You may contact your Chiropractor at the EMAIL ADDRESS below to determine if your case is in fact emergency/urgent and if in fact you require treatment. Please ensure you have taken your temperature, and that is it not above 38 degrees Celsius.
Once you have contacted your Doctor and it is determined that you require treatment and you fall within the appropriate criteria, you will be given instructions to meet the Doctor at the office for care. Please remain in your vehicle in front of the office and wait for the Doctor to invite you into the office for care at the time that has been arranged. At this time we will only be accepting payment via credit or debit cards. The charge for an emergency chiropractic visit is $70.
Please contact the doctors as follows and include a phone number to be best reached at:
Dr. Donald Kelm, firstname.lastname@example.org
Dr. Shane Taylor, email@example.com
Thank you for your attention to this matter in this never seen before time.
